We'll cover your IQOS with a 1 year warranty
IQOS is an electronic product. As with any electronic device, software errors or physical damage may occur while using the IQOS device. In order to provide you with a worry-free experience with the purchase of an IQOS device, the commercial warranty is activated, which is valid for 12 months and covers technical and production defects.

MyIQOS

Every IQOS experience is unique. That's why we've launched the MyIQOS program, a package of services that gives you personalized support, accidental damage coverage and other additional services.

To activate the MyIQOS extended support service, please register your device on your IQOS profile, if you have not already done so, and call the IQOS Support Service at 080 002 400 (free call).

MyIQOS Services

Accidental damage coverage

The extended MyIQOS support program gives you the opportunity to replace each non-functional accidentally damaged IQOS component absolutely free of charge. You can take advantage of this possibility within the MyIQOS program as long as the commercial warranty of your device is valid.

Smart Change

With Smart Change program you can send an IQOS device for recycling in exchange for an environmental coupon. More details about devices that can be sent for recycling can be found here.

Personal Assistant IQOS Coach and International Assistance

We have designed the IQOS Coach program to cater for your needs while you familiarize yourself with the IQOS device. Once you sign up, you will get personal assistance. And if you are travelling abroad, our dedicated helpline is available in case you encounter difficulties with your device!

It's easy and quick, just contact our Customer Care service available Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and we will help troubleshooting any problems with your device. And in case a replacement is needed we will direct you to the nearest Service Center or deliver it to your home.
